Meet the Team
Tony GodfreyTony has been a welder since the tender age of 16. He started his apprenticeship in Surrey where he lived until 2003. He worked for many prestigious companies during this time including British Aerospace and Nuclear fuels. He moved to Cornwall when the company he worked for carried out all the stainless-steel work for Falmouth Maritime Museum.
In 2015 Tony with his wife decided to start up Pulse Fabrications. Pulse started in a small unit on the Kernick Industrial Estate but soon needed a larger premise. It moved to where they are now located and have built up Pulse. Pulse now employs 6 people and hopefully two more will be starting soon. When it comes to welding Tony admits next to his family welding is his greatest passion.
Debe GodfreyDebe encouraged Tony to start Pulse Fabrications in 2015 as she could see the talent he had for all types of metal fabrication. Debe’s past work experience is mainly in health and social care but she has embraced the administration side of the business.
Along with Tony’s experience she has learnt much about the standards required for running a metal fabrication company. Debe is responsible for the day to day administration and health and safety.
Geoff DellGeoff has been a welder for over 35 years and served his time at both Falmouth and Southampton Shipyards. He moved back to Cornwall several yeas a go and has been employed in mainly senior posts.
He is employed at Pulse as projects manager and oversees all the steel side of the company. Geoff’s knowledge in this area is vast which has allowed Pulse to expand. He is a valued member of the Pulse team.
Nick SpencerNick joined us in January 2017 as a semi-skilled welder but with training he has become a talented MiG welder and an asset to the company. He has vast experience in fabrication of aluminium, stainless steel and glass installations.
Nick served his time as a carpenter many years ago and there isn’t much that he can’t turn his hand to. He is also responsible for all the maintenance side of Pulse. Nick like all the rest of the team has great attention to detail which is why he is a valued team member.
